"MOM-fulness" Mom's Night
Moms! You give and you give – now it’s time for you to get; nourishment, movement and mindfulness at this one of a kind event.
Former TCNS mom and board chair and current TCNS KE Yoga + Mindfulness teacher Christine Quinn will guide the group with essential ways of developing a lifestyle that improves health and overall wellness. You’ll get to do gentle yoga, meditation and learn healthy-hacks that make healthy eating, moving and stillness easy and fun! And – you’ll get treats (yummy and healthy – of course)! No prior yoga or meditation experience required. All you need to bring is yourself & a water bottle -- dress in comfortable clothes you can move in -- and come to have fun!
Christine, founder of Soletosoulcoaching, is a certified Yoga, Mindfulness, Fitness and Integrative Health Coach who is passionate about working with busy moms and career-women who want to live and be their healthiest and highest self.
