Let’s ankle on into downtown Wilmette for a fine wine time! There will be 10 wines featured during the evening for tasting with appetizers and desserts to match. And if you find a wine that tempts your taste buds and decide to purchase any bottles, The Bottle Shop will give back 10% of any proceeds to Trinity. And Dads, if your team is in the tourney, the TV will be tuned into the games.

Ladies, what does your John Hancock say about you?  Come and see if you write right and have your handwriting analyzed by Sheila Nielson, career coach and attorney by day and a long-time hobbyist in the art of handwriting analysis by night. You will submit a handwriting sample prior to the evening and that night you will see if how you cross your t’s and dot your i’s predicts your personality.  Signature drinks and fabulous fare will be served.

FAMILY SKATING SPREE

Talk about a hat trick – family, skating and party! Whether your family is practicing their Figure 8's or has never skated before, this private skating party for TCNS families at Skokie Skatium Ice Arena, just south of Old Orchard Mall, is a “Perfect 10.” We will kick off the afternoon with snacks and crafts and then lace up our skates. Hockey coaches will be on the ice to assist novice skaters and also help the more experienced skaters practice their slap shots. There will even be nets set up for the hockey players!  Bring your ice skates, hockey sticks and helmets, if you have them, and if not, skate rental will be provided.

When: April 8th, 3:30-5:30 PM

GUYS' GATECRASHER AT TEMPERANCE BEER COMPANY

No Prohibition here, old sport! Dads, you will not get the bum’s rush from this private, 2-hour brewery tour and tasting at Temperance Beer Company, Evanston’s first and oldest taproom. You will have a behind-the- scenes look into where the actual mixing and brewing of every batch of beer they create and serve takes place.  In addition to the tour and unlimited sips, you will take home a complimentary Temperance souvenir glass and receive 10% off any merchandise purchased that day.

Hey, Parrotheads - “no wasting away” here!  Grab your Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and paddle gear!  Join us for a Jimmy Buffet-style paddle tennis party, complete with “Cheeseburgers in Paradise,” “Fruitcakes,” “shark bites,” “frozen concoctions” and “cold draft beer.” And there’s no one “to blame” if you don’t play paddle – we’ll even have a paddle tennis pro on hand to show you the ropes. This party will be a “big” hit with Giant Jenga on hand to play as well!

¡Venga! Whether you are a heeler (have two-left feet) or are an Oliver Twist (a Ginger Rogers or Fred Astaire), you will be a floor flusher (insatiable dancer) after this evening!  Join us for a 1½ hour ballroom dancing class where we will work on dances with a Latin flair, such as the merengue, salsa and mambo. If you need a little "liquid courage," wine will be served along with appetizers.

Prince. Whitney. Michael. Bowie. They all may have passed on to the “great stage in the sky,” but their legacies live on. Come toast some of rock’s iconic legends – posthumously – with sing-alongs, music videos and a DJ, who will be spinning some of your favorite MTV artists’ tunes. Dinner and hooch will be served at this hip to the jive soiree.
