THE GREAT TRINITY SLEEP UNDER

Pack up the sleeping bags and get those pajamas ready!  Let your child be part of this special annual under-nighter hosted by Miss Sue, Miss Natalie, and Mrs. Ladin.  It includes dinner, games, crafts and a movie for kids ages three and older (and not in diapers, please!).

TCNS alums – come take a trip down memory lane with Miss Sue/Mrs. Gaertner!  Wear your pajamas and bring your sleeping bag.  You'll have dinner, play games, do a craft and watch a movie.  And good news, parents – current TCNS students (ages 3 and older) are welcome to attend this event if their alumni siblings are also attending.

Jedi Knights and Princess Leias, join us "in a galaxy far, far away” for an afternoon of “lessons in the force,” including a Jedi training obstacle course, “Star Wars” freeze dance and “destroying the Death Star” (aka hitting a Death Star-shaped piñata!).  Lunch will be served, complete with galaxy pizza  and wookie cookies.

OLYMPIC DAY

Tokyo here we come! Trinity will host its very own Olympics where we will jump through hoops-literally!  After a round of warm-up experiences and relay races, we will test our agility and speed on a decathlon-worthy obstacle course!  We will refuel with pizza and other medal-worthy foods at the end of "the Games."

PRELUDE TO SUMMER

Take a deep breath…school doesn’t have to be out for summer.  Ms. Sue and her capable assistants will keep the TCNS doors open for some very lucky kids.  Children bring a lunch with a beverage.  This one-week program will take place on Monday, June 5, Tuesday June 6, Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9 from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.  The Gaertner team will delight the children with special games, crafts, outdoor fun and more!  A waiting list will be offered and, if interest exists, additional personnel may be hired to accommodate a larger class.  Sign-ups are limited to current RTG, 3 AM, 3 PM, 4 AM and 4 PM students only.

When: June 5, 6, 8 & 9 from 9:30 am-1:00 pm

A Kindergarten Enrichment, a 4 AM or a 4 PM child may invite one special friend and, together with Miss Sue, co-direct Trinity for a day.  Duties include setting up classrooms, visiting all the classes, putting flyers in the cubbies, selecting and ordering new supplies, using the office machines, leading activities, and even eating lunch with the teachers.

SWEET DREAMS WITH MS. COLLEEN

Ready Two Growers, on a special night you will have a bedtime snack with Ms. Colleen, have her help you brush your teeth afterward, and cap it all off with her reading you several bedtime stories from 6-7 p.m. on a mutually agreed upon date.  Parents are welcome to beat it for the hour.  Siblings welcome to join in.

ADVENTURES IN BABYSITTING

Your night on the town with your spouse will be even more enjoyable knowing that Ms. Lauren is in charge!  On a mutually agreed upon date, Ms. Lauren will come to your home and babysit your children from 5:30-10:30 p.m.  Games, crafts and fun will be had by all!

TUTORING WITH MS. LAUREN

A, B, C is as easy as 1, 2, 3...with Ms. Lauren teaching me!  Ms. Lauren, who holds a Masters in Education from Northwestern and taught gifted children in CPS for several years, will conduct three 30-45 minutes tutoring sessions with your little one (depending on his or her age), focusing on whatever you would like.
